ABOUT TransCanWork
From good to great
California's transgender community is an untapped pool of talented and motivated workers that can make a good business even better. Yet it remains one of the groups most discriminated against in the workplace. We will show businesses that inclusion of the TGNC communities translates into better staffing, retention, bigger profits and combat lawsuits.
TransCanWork is dedicated to helping businesses, schools & the trans community achieve higher levels of success through our workshops, speaking engagements, educational outreach & Transgender-Inclusivity trainings.

Our mission is Building a culture nationwide for transgender people to thrive in the workplace.
We promote transgender inclusion in multiple ways:
  • Diversity & Inclusion trainings
  • Jobs Boards with positions in welcoming spaces
  • Job Readiness Quickshops for job seekers
  • Working with government to promote inclusion
  • Working with school systems to teach and promote inclusion
  • Speaking at events to demystify
